Senior GSA Schedule Consultant

Andy Eppright supports a wide range of commercial contractors in navigating the complexities of the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program. He advises clients on key aspects of GSA contract management, including compliance, pricing strategies, modifications, and long-term contract planning—helping companies position themselves for growth and success in the federal marketplace.

Prior to joining The Gormley Group, Andy served as a Policy Analyst for the Coalition for Government Procurement, a leading non-profit trade association advocating for common-sense acquisition policies. In that role, he provided policy and acquisition-related guidance to member companies across multiple sectors and served as a liaison between industry and government. He led industry committees, collaborated on regulatory and policy issues, and ensured members received timely updates on federal procurement trends and compliance matters.  Andy brings a strong foundation in acquisition policy and hands-on experience supporting contractors through the full lifecycle of the MAS program.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with Honors, Cum Laude, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
