GSA OIG Report On TDR Pilot
On Wednesday, July 25, the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Office of Inspector General (OIG) published a report detailing its findings from an audit of the GSA Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) Pilot. Based on its review of GSA’s plan and metrics for evaluating the TDR Pilot, the OIG does not believe that the success of the pilot can objectively be assessed because nearly all of GSA’s primary metrics for evaluating the TDR Pilot lack well defined performance targets.
