GSA is amending the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulations (GSAR) to standardize and simplify the Multiple Award Schedule clauses for economic price adjustments. This rule removes certain economic price adjustment requirements within these clauses to better align with commercial standards and practices.
This rule will be effective on September 4, 2024.
