Federal contractors are conscientious about the accuracy and completeness of subcontracting plan data submitted in eSRS.gov. Increased reporting requirements, such as order-level subcontract reporting for multi-agency contracting vehicles and ordering agencies getting subcontracting credit, have increased the reporting workload. SBA expects to provide a 15 calendar-day permanent extension for reporting in a forthcoming proposed rule. Thus, SBA is providing a fifteen calendar-day extension to the submission due date for contractor’s FY24 year-end Individual Subcontract Reports (ISR) and Summary Subcontract Reports (SSRs), which also extends the agency’s time period to accept or reject the reports by the same number of days.
