The U.S. General Services Administration’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital (PSHC) Categories announced the first phase of apparent awardees for three separate socioeconomic contracts for the new One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) multiple award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (MA-IDIQ) multi-agency contract (MAC).

The announcements for the OASIS+ Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) SB, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned SB (SDVOSB) and Women-Owned SB (WOSB) set-aside contracts were posted on SAM.gov. These awards encompass three out of four socioeconomic contracts in the OASIS+ contract program. Formal awards and notices to proceed (NTPs) for the three socioeconomic contracts will be sent to award recipients as early as September 30, 2024.

Awardees: The following socioeconomic small businesses are planned to be awarded contracts across seven (7) domains. Barring size status protests, the number of companies anticipated to be authorized to participate in this first group of rolling awards are as follows:

  • 309 Women-Owned SB (WOSB)
  • 113 Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) SB
  • 345 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned SB (SDVOSB)
