Opened OASIS+ for Business
This has been a significant year for the new OASIS+ contract program. After months of evaluations, OASIS+ is now officially open for business, offering federal agencies access to highly qualified contractors for their complex non-IT service needs. Initial rolling awards and notices to proceed have been made for all six OASIS+ IDIQs and are available for customer agency task ordering in GSA eBuy:
- Total Small Business – 1,376 awardees (available 12/23/2024)
- HUBZone (HZ) SB – 113 awardees (available 10/15/2024)
- Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned SB (SDVOSB) – 345 awardees (available 10/15/2024)
- Women-Owned SB (WOSB) – 309 awardees (available 10/15/2024)
- 8(a) SB – 182 awardees (available 11/15/2024)
- Unrestricted (UR) – 588 awardees (available 12/20/2024)
OASIS+ represents a bold step forward for GSA, building on the successes and lessons learned from the OASIS contract program. It expands and enhances the suite of IDIQ contracts to better meet the federal government’s increasingly complex and evolving service requirements. Looking ahead to 2025, PSHC plans to complete the remaining rolling awards, add additional domains, and reopen the solicitation for on-ramping. Stay connected via the OASIS+ Interact Community.
Sunset OASIS Small Business and OASIS 8(a)
It’s hard to believe but after 10 years, the OASIS Small Business and OASIS 8(a) contracts are sunsetting. Note, OASIS Unrestricted will sunset on March 1, 2025.
