Last Protests Cleared for SEWP VI – March 2025

NASA can make awards for the potential $60 billion government-wide IT contract vehicle whenever the evaluation process ends.

All protests involving NASA’s SEWP VI vehicle have been withdrawn at the Government Accountability Office, a move that clears the space agency to move ahead on its work to make awards.

AdaptiveStack Technologies, Copia Consulting and Next Step Group withdrew their protests after NASA filed its response to the challenges. The companies were objecting to what they claimed as unequal treatment of small businesses and small business joint ventures.

Proposals for the potential $60 billion vehicle were due Feb. 24. NASA is eyeing its award decisions for June, when new protests could be filed.
