The Gormley Group attended the Coalition for Government Procurement conference on June 25, 2025 and one legal panel in particular (The New Federal Market) drove home the point of prioritizing the development and maintenance of a compliance plan for any business selling to the Federal Government The Department of Justice (DOJ) under the new administration has been “re-energized” and focused on several top priorities. Overall the focus is related to False Claims Act violations and also those specifically related to qui tam (whistleblower) cases.

  • Immigration – Related to Corporations
  • Cybersecurity
  • Customs/Tariff Evasion (New Priority this Year)

  • Pandemic Relief Fraud
  • Illegal DEI Training (New Priority this Year)
