Important Changes to the GSA Schedule 4PL SIN – August 2025

Sep 2, 2025

Effective August 18, 2025, all GSA 4PL contractors will be required to publish their 4PL SIN MAS pricing using the text file posted to GSA Advantage, based on a emails released by GSA on June 18, 2025 and August 6, 2025. The price list must be maintained with each modification (i.e. deletes, add, price changes). The Tab A for the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) shall be used to populate your text file pricing. The text file must include manufacturer part number, mfg name, item description, UOI, and price inclusive of IFF. As indicated in the Interact Notice for for the most recent solicitation refresh, only one price will apply for 4PL items no longer separate VMI and the Vendor-Owned/Vendor-Consigned Inventory Services (VCI) pricing will be required.

All mods that impact items awarded/pricing will require an updated text file to be published with the changes in items/pricing. The Tab A must be updated with each 4PL mod. This is already a requirement but will be strictly enforced here-to-forward for all contracts. Note that specific BPA level pricing is not included in this requirement.  Additionally, GSA is implementing a new requirement: all modifications related to the 4PL SIN must be submitted separately from modifications affecting any of your other SINs.
