Today, GSA posted the final set of deviations to complete phase I of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul, FAR 15, 16, 25, and 42.
Additionally, the deviation master text for parts 22, 23, 32,and 53 were posted as PDFs. The explanatory GSA deviation, practitioner albums, etc. will follow next week.
With all the deviations now out, the FAR Council is opening up a comprehensive feedback period on the RFO page on https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul It will run until November 3. I look forward to hearing thoughts and insights from the community as we prepare for phase II, rule-making.
