The 66III FSS Solicitation for Cost-Per-Test, Clinical Laboratory Analyzer, RFP-797-FSS-03-0001-R1, has been amended, and a new Mass Modification is now required. This update replaces three outdated clauses with revised ones.
Key Changes:
- The Mass Mod is pre-signed by the Government.
- Contractors must submit the signed SF-30 directly to their assigned Contract Specialist.
- Do NOT send to the HelpDesk (unless the Mass Mod was issued before July 15, 2025—those still follow the old process).
- Be sure to include all continuation pages with your signed SF-30
