On December 18, 2025, the GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories issued a consolidated notice regarding a forthcoming amendment to all six OASIS+ contracts. This notice includes the release of draft scorecards for all 13 Domains and details regarding the transition to Phase II of the OASIS+ Program.
Below is a summary of the immediate actions required for existing contractors and information for prospective vendors.
A. Modification of Existing OASIS+ Contracts
In anticipation of the continuous open Solicitation Amendment scheduled for January 2026, the OASIS+ Contracting Team has issued a bilateral modification to all existing OASIS+ contracts that may be effective as soon as December 17, 2025.
This modification incorporated the following changes into Section C of the solicitations:
- Expansion of Scope: Addition of five new Domains, including associated CLINs and NAICS codes.
- Regulatory Updates: Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) updates and minor administrative changes to the master contract terms and conditions.
Action Required for Existing Contractors:
Emails have been sent to the Corporate OASIS+ Contract Manager (COCM) and Corporate OASIS+ Program Manager (COPM) of all existing contractors with instructions to review and acknowledge these new terms.
Deadline: Review and sign this bilateral modification via DocuSign by January 12, 2026.
