GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories’ (PSHC) OASIS+ program has made several updates to the new OASIS+ website. The updates provide buyers and sellers with information to access and use the new contract program. Recent updates include:
- A downloadable OASIS+ Fact Sheet on the Buyers section of the ‘Resources’ page.
- New content pages added to Buyers’ Guide and Sellers’ Guide.
- Language update to Task Order Level Protests (Section 3.6.3) of the OASIS+ Ordering Guide.
- Additional dates for Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) and OASIS+ Overview training in July and August on the ‘Events and Training’ page.

Awards Timeline
GSA is finalizing proposal evaluations and plan to make contract award announcements in the coming weeks, beginning with the 100% Total Small Business contracts. The OASIS+ socioeconomic contract families (i.e., HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB) and the OASIS+ Unrestricted contract will follow. Contract awards/NTP for all OASIS+ contract families will be made throughout Q4 FY 2024 and early Q1 FY 2025. The goal is to have an ordering period overlap between the legacy OASIS and OASIS+ programs to ensure acquisition planning cycle times for our customer agencies remain seamless.
