On June 17, 2025, the GSA posted a request for information (RFI) for Phase II of the new OASIS+ indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) best-in-class (BIC) multi-agency contract (MAC) program on SAM.gov.
This RFI builds upon the successful award of eight OASIS+ domains in Phase I of OASIS+ and seeks feedback from the services provider community within Industry to develop evaluation criteria (scoring cards) and refine technical capabilities for five new domains in Phase II of OASIS+, namely: Financial Services, Human Capital, Marketing and Public Relations, Social Services, and Business Administration. Responses to the survey will inform GSA’s decision-making for developing the new Domain offerings for the expanded scope of this unique contract program. All feedback provided via the RFI survey form will be reviewed and considered. The RFI will remain open through July 8, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST.
