Chris has over forty years of experience in negotiating contracts within the GSA Schedule program. He joined The Gormley Group after leaving the Washington Management Group, where he was a senior manager in charge of a team of GSA Schedule consultants, Prior to that, he ran his own business for 20+ years representing many of the leading suppliers to the GSA’s National Furniture Center. His expertise includes negotiating GSA Schedule contracts for foreign clients in dealing with US Government customers abroad when he managed a branch office in Frankfurt, Germany.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a law degree from the College of Law, Willamette University. He is a member of the District of Columbia bar.
