On September 23, the NASA sent the following email notice to offerors of the SEWP VI contract vehicle:
NASA is still in the process of evaluating proposals. Please see below for instructions for providing written confirmation via the SEWP VI Portal that your SEWP VI proposal(s) will remain valid for 240 days from October 22, 2025, to June 19, 2026, and your firm wishes for its proposal to continue to be evaluated by the Government. A single response will cover all submitted proposals. No revision of your proposal(s) is required or will be accepted. If your firm’s proposal(s) in any of the categories has been removed from competition, then this notification would not apply to the proposal(s) removed as that proposal is no longer eligible for award.
Please submit your response by September 30, 2025.It is critical for your firm’s prompt response to allow the Government to continue evaluating your firm’s proposal. Submit your response by logging into the SEWP VI website and following the instructions. Offerors will not receive a confirmation from NASA or the SEWP VI CO. Inquires will not be responded to.
