Introduction to GSA’s Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) Program

If you’re a government contractor with a GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) Contract — especially in categories like IT, professional services, office products, or industrial supplies — you need to know about a major change: Transactional Data Reporting, or TDR, is no longer optional. TDR is a modernized data reporting requirement that requires contractors to report detailed sales data at the transaction level every month.

TDR Program Participation is Now Mandatory

GSA has made TDR program participation mandatory for all contractors under eligible SINs, and it is expected that soon all MAS contracts will be required to participate in the TDR program.
