Principal GSA Schedule Consultant and GSA Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Andrew supports companies as they pursue opportunities under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program. Andrew guides companies successfully through the GSA and VA MAS Schedule contract lifecycle, from obtaining new contracts to administering ongoing contracts, to ensure they achieve solutions tailored to their needs. To that end, Andrew focuses on providing companies with practical advice on a wide range of topics, including developing negotiation strategies, OIG audits, GSA contractor assessments and Transaction Data Reporting (TDR).  In his role as TGG’s GSA System SME, Andrew assists companies in leveraging GSA’s various online platforms, such as the FAS Catalog Platform (FCP), Sales Reporting Portal (SRP), and GSA eBuy, to improve the utilization of their MAS contracts. Andrew currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Coalition for Government Procurement’s General/Office Products Committee.

Andrew holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, with a concentration in Rhetoric and Political Culture, and a Master Degree in Public Policy, with a focus on Federal Acquisition, from the University of Maryland, College Park.
