Randy brings over two decades of distinguished federal acquisition experience to The Gormley Group, where he assists clients in navigating the GSA and VA Schedule contracting process.  He assists clients through contract awards, modifications, and ongoing compliance to ensure effective participation in the federal marketplace. Prior to joining the firm, Randy held senior contracting officer roles within the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), including serving as a Senior Contracting Officer and Acting Branch Chief/Director for the Federal Acquisition Service’s Office of Contract Operations.

Randy’s background includes extensive work with the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program, federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and solicitation requirements. He is recognized for his strategic approach to contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency—earning multiple honors including the Excellence in Partnership Award from the Coalition for Government Procurement and GSA’s Gold Star Award.

Randy holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington–Tacoma.
