Sonia brings over ten years of deep expertise in the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program. She has experience across the full lifecycle of MAS contracting, from initial offer development to post-award compliance and strategy.
Prior to joining TGG, Sonia served as the MAS program manager for a major GSA reseller, where she led all facets of MAS contract administration—including GSA Contractor Assessments, Contractor Teaming Arrangement compliance, complex pricing negotiations, and subcontracting plan management. She also served as the program manager for several high-profile GSA MAS Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), where she supported proposal development and was responsible for post-award contract management, including compliance monitoring, reporting, and preparation for Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
In addition to her federal contracting expertise, Sonia has experience supporting contract acquisition and management under key state and local procurement programs such as California CMAS, Texas DIR, Maryland COTS, and Ohio STS. She also brings working knowledge of other major federal IT contract vehicles, including NASA SEWP, providing clients with a well-rounded perspective on both federal and state-level acquisition strategy.
At The Gormley Group, Sonia leverages her extensive knowledge to advise clients across industries on navigating the complexities of the MAS Program. She has successfully guided numerous companies through the submission and negotiation of new GSA MAS offers and contract modifications. From initial strategy through submission and negotiation, she provides hands-on guidance—ensuring each offering is both competitive and compliant. Sonia is known for her practical, detail-oriented approach and her ability to translate complex GSA requirements into clear, actionable strategies that deliver results.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
