Tiffany is a seasoned expert in government contracting, with nearly 20 years of experience specializing in the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program and Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs). As Managing Principal GSA Schedule Consultant, she leads a team of professionals delivering strategic support for GSA MAS Schedules as well as the OASIS+ and NASA SEWP contract programs.
Her expertise spans the full lifecycle of GSA-related initiatives—from identifying federal sales opportunities and responding to Requests for Proposals and Information, to managing audits, compliance reporting, and contract modifications. Tiffany’s strategic insight and hands-on approach make her a trusted advisor to clients navigating the complexities of federal procurement.
Earlier in her career, Tiffany held roles in financial management, business integration, and corporate account strategy, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both public and private sector operations.
She holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Graduate Certificate in Procurement & Contracts Management from the University of Virginia.
