President Allocates $11B for GSA In FY2020 Budget Request – This week, the White House released its Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 Budget Request, outlining a proposed $4.75 trillion in funding for Federal initiatives. Notably, the Administration’s budget plan calls for approximately $750 billion in defense related funds, a nearly five-percent increase from current funding levels. In addition, the proposal would allocate $11 billion in funding for the General Services Administration (GSA) to support a variety of IT and cybersecurity related efforts.
