Following the the release of GSA Solicitation Refresh 13 this past week, GSA has already announced Refresh 14 will be released sometime in July 2022. Refresh 14 will temporarily close the Core Financial Management Solutions (Core FS) Subgroup of SIN 518210FM to new offers/modifications.
This temporary closure will allow GSA to further consider its needs and the acquisition strategy associated with the Core FS Subgroup of SIN 518210FM. During this time, offers or modification requests to add the Core FS Subgroup of SIN 518210FM will not be accepted.
In order to support the government transition to the FM QSMO Marketplace, offers or modification requests to add financial management products and services under any of the following three Subgroups of SIN 518210FM will continue to be accepted:
- Additional Financial Management (FM) Solutions
- Financial Management (FM) Service/Solution Adoption and Transition Services
- Financial Management (FM) Technology Operations Support Services
In order to implement this temporary closure, GSA will add the following note will be added to SIN 518210FM in the Information Technology Category Attachment to the MAS Solicitation:
- The Core FS Subgroup of SIN 518210FM is temporarily closed to new offers while GSA and the FM QSMO further evaluate agency needs and the acquisition strategy associated with this Subgroup. GSA has suspended solicitation of the Core FS Subgroup, and new offers or modification requests to add the Core FS Subgroup of SIN 518210FM will not be accepted.
Once GSA’s analysis is complete and any additional adjustments are incorporated, GSA will re-open the Core FS Subgroup of SIN 518210FM to new offers and modification requests through a subsequent refresh to MAS Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001.
