The six final solicitations include the following set-asides and unrestricted contracts:

Continuous Open Solicitation and “Rolling” Admissions
The solicitation process has shifted to a continuously open model.

  • No Closing Date: GSA plans to maintain all solicitations in an open status indefinitely. Should GSA determine a need to close any domain or solicitation vehicle, the agency will provide public notification with sufficient advance notice.
  • Submission Volume: Offerors are permitted to submit a single proposal for multiple domains under a single solicitation.
  • Processing Time: There is no fixed timeline for award; timelines will vary based on the volume of proposals received. Proposals will generally be evaluated in the order they are received, subject to resource availability.
