Last week, Tiffany Hixson, Assistant Commissioner of PSHC at GSA, spoke at the Coalition’s IT/Services Committee meeting. In her presentation, she provided the current schedule for OASIS+ contract awards.
OASIS+ award contracts and issue Notice to Proceed (NTP) dates by contract family are below:
- Late Q3 2024 – Total Small Business (SB)
- Early Q4 2024 – HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB
- Mid Q4 2024 – 8(a)
- Late Q4 2024 – Unrestricted
GSA also announced on Interact the release of an OASIS+ post-closing solicitation amendment, Amendment 0006, on April 22, 2024 to “incorporate the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Case 2020-11, as prescribed in FAR 4.2306(c), and to incorporate solicitation changes to update additional information in all six OASIS+ solicitations.
The amendment will be issued through SAM.gov to all offerors who have responded to the solicitations and have not (at the time of amendment posting) been removed from award consideration. All responses to the amendment are due by May 15, 2024. Response to the amendment is mandatory, and if an offeror does not respond, they are automatically removed from award consideration. GSA also noted that no new offers will be accepted as a result of the amendment, and that the agency plans to reopen the solicitations for new offers in FY25.
