The General Services Administration (GSA) has announced a significant milestone in the rollout of OASIS+. All contract awards and associated protests under Phase I are now complete. Phase I represents the initial wave of awards tied to the OASIS+ Request for Proposals (RFP) closing period in October 2023. The OASIS+ program continues to document its progress through its publicly available Award Timeline, which tracks awards and notices to proceed across the initial eight Domains and is organized by calendar year.
Looking ahead, GSA has indicated that Phase II awards are expected to begin rolling out in Q3 of fiscal year 2026. Evaluation of Phase II proposals is currently underway, with submissions continuing to be accepted under the program’s continuously open solicitation structure. GSA also emphasized that updates related to Phase II awards and program developments will be communicated through SAM.gov, the OASIS+ website, and other official channels.
GSA has refreshed the FAQ section on the OASIS+ Solicitations (Continuously Open) webpage, which serves as the central hub for information on all six active solicitations. The FAQ will continue to be updated on a rolling basis to reflect new questions and program clarifications. As OASIS+ progresses into its next phase, contractors should continue monitoring official updates and ensure they remain aligned with evolving requirements and timelines.
