The U.S. Department of the Army has released Draft 5 of the Marketplace for the Acquisition of Professional Services (MAPS) Request for Proposals (RFP) following its review of industry feedback and continued refinement of the acquisition strategy.
The updated draft includes revisions to Sections C, H, L, and M, including updates to evaluation criteria, past performance evaluation, and price evaluation factors.
Industry stakeholders are also encouraged to complete the MAPS survey, which will help inform development of the final RFP.
