GSA released a post through Interact reminding Schedule holders the agency is rescheduling Refresh 31 to a March/April 2026 release. GSA indicated the rescheduling is to ensure solicitation updates are fully and appropriately integrated ahead of the release. The most recent update provided by GSA today (March 6, 2026) included the following:
- Provided DRAFT AI Terms and Conditions
- Mass Mod Acceptance: The mass modification applying the changes associated with Refresh 31 is to be accepted by the subject contractor no later than 60 days after the modification has been issued.
- Please ensure that all industry comments regarding the proposed changes and updates are sent to maspmo@gsa.gov.
- The feedback period begins on March 6, 2026, and all entries must be submitted by March 20, 2026.
