Launched through a partnership between HHS and GSA, SIN 518210GM establishes a streamlined, governmentwide path for agencies to acquire grants management solutions and related services from pre-vetted vendors.
The new SIN supports the Grants Quality Service Management Office (QSMO) initiative by requiring solutions to align with established grants management capabilities and governmentwide data standards. The goal is to improve consistency, interoperability, and visibility across federal grantmaking programs.
In addition, the SIN is expected to be available through GSA’s Cooperative Purchasing Program, expanding access to eligible state, local, tribal, and non-governmental organizations.
