Robert VanGorder is co-founder of The Gormley Group, a leading consultancy specializing in GSA and VA MAS Schedule contracting for Federal suppliers. Since 1996, he has supported hundreds of contractors in navigating the complexities of these programs. Known for his strategic clarity, reliable execution, and focus on measurable results, Robert helps clients succeed in a highly regulated procurement environment.

As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees internal operations—including business development, marketing, and consulting strategy—while maintaining a direct advisory role with clients. His deep understanding of the GSA and VA MAS Schedule programs, combined with strong relationships across the acquisition community, keeps him closely informed of regulatory changes and policy shifts. He translates this insight into actionable guidance that helps contractors align with Federal requirements and optimize performance across the Schedule landscape.

Robert is an active member of the Coalition for Government Procurement, which advocates for the GSA and VA MAS contracting community. Through continuous engagement, he monitors evolving policies and delivers informed strategies that help clients adapt and grow in a dynamic Federal marketplace.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Reno and a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University.
