February 6, 2025, NASA released Amendment 13 to the SEWP VI Solicitation. The due date for proposals remains unchanged (1:00.p.m. EST on Wednesday, February 19th). The announcement is available in SAM. The updated RFP, SF30 for the Amendment, and NASA’s Changes document can be found in the SAM notice in the Attachments/Links section.
There has only been one material change made in Amendment 13. NASA has reverted the acceptable age requirements for Past Performance and Relevant Experience Projects (Cat B&C) to the original measurement point of six months prior to the proposal due date. To be clear, the language used is now as follows: Contracts that are completed or ongoing within three years of the original SEWP VI solicitation release date will be considered recent. The Government will not consider performance on a newly-awarded contract that has no documented performance history (i.e., projects that have been under contract for less than six months prior to proposal due date).
This change corrects an issue introduced in Amendment 11 that was problematic for many offerors.
Amendment 13 made several other small changes to the RFP that will not affect proposals.
