VA FSS Schedule Contract Option Renewal and Extension Services 

Our experienced team manages the requirements necessary to secure your VA FSS Schedule contract option renewals and extension. The VA FSS Schedule contract is now awarded as a five-year base period contract with three five-year option renewals (previously awarded with only one (1) five-year option to renew), each of which must be negotiated with the VA. Also, contractors nearing the end of the ultimate contract expiration must submit a new offer in a timely manner to ensure there is no lapse in contract coverage.

During the option to renew and new offer negotiation the VA will look at contract offerings, pricing and contractor compliance efforts within the prior five-year contract period. We will help you walk through the process to extend your contract and ensure a complete and compliant modification or offer package is submitted to help ensure contract continuance. This includes guidance and/or hands-on assistance directly with the VA contracting officer or contracting specialist.
