GSA Contract Compliance Support Services 

GSA is continuing to focus on GSA contract compliance by vendors holding a GSA Schedule and we can help to ensure your company meets all of GSA compliance requirements such as:

• Selling at or below the GSA approved price
• Submission of monthly GSA Transactional Data Reports (TDR)
• Ensuring the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) is paid to GSA monthly
• Help in navigating periodic GSA Contractor Assessments (CA’s) reviews
• Conduct compliance reviews and self-audits of your GSA Schedule contract
• Develop a specific internal GSA contract process and procedure manual to ensure ongoing GSA contract compliance
• Provide guidance related to the Trade Agreement Act (TAA) and advise whether GSA Schedule offerings are TAA compliant
• Help with GSA contractors undergoing GSA Office of Inspector General (OIG) pre or post-award audits, including:
  • Determine type of GSA OIG Audit to be conducted
  • Organize and review responses to GSA auditor requests for data
  • Advice in responding to GSA auditor questions
  • Coordinate debriefing of the final GSA Audit report and implications for the contract
  • Assist in negotiation of the contract extension or new contract with your GSA contracting officer/specialist following the audit
