According to Fedscoop, some employees within the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Technology Transformation Services (TTS) may be reassigned to other positions across the agency as GSA reviews its workforce needs and priorities.
According to an internal email obtained by FedScoop, affected TTS employees were asked to submit resumes for potential reassignment. GSA’s Office of Human Resources Management will review the resumes and may schedule interviews with GSA offices seeking to fill open positions. If an applicable position is not currently available, potential reassignments may be considered on a rolling basis as opportunities become available.
A GSA spokesperson said the agency is evaluating how employees’ skills and experience can best support its highest priorities and other offices with open positions.
TTS oversees a number of major governmentwide technology programs and services, including Login.gov, FedRAMP, USAGov, Digital.gov, Cloud.gov, the Centers of Excellence, and the Presidential Innovation Fellows program.
