GSA is preparing to delivery personalized Tableau dashboard for the Delivery Scorecard Initiative currently impacting contractors selling products (non-IT) under the GSA Schedule program. The scorecard dashboard is designed to give contractors greater visibility into Delivery performance metrics and supporting order-level data. These metrics are used by GSA to evaluate delivery performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
What Is Changing: Your scorecard information will be made available through a personalized, on-demand Tableau dashboard. Once access is established, you will be able to review your delivery scores, supporting data, and historical performance information in one location.
What You Need to Do: At this time, no response is required. Once your dashboard access is available, you will receive a link in a follow up email from the GSA with additional instructions.
After access is provided, GSA will request that contractors:
- Review your scorecard data regularly.
- Confirm that appropriate members of your team can access and review the dashboard.
- Use the scorecard data to identify any needed process or catalog improvements.
- Continue submitting timely order statuses through the required systems.
Important Reminders:
- Reminder emails will be sent by GSA near the beginning of each month.
- Data will be available to download within the dashboard.
- The previous month’s data will be more accurate one week into the current month. (For example, October data is more accurate after November 8th.)
- The most recent and accurate data you can access is the previous month’s data.
- Your Contracting Officer/Specialist team is copied on scorecard communications.
- If your organization needs to update the email points of contact for scorecard notifications, please contact your Contracting Officer/Specialist.
- Scorecard performance may be considered during contract administration activities, including option year renewals.
