With over 25 years of experience in GSA and VA Schedule contracting, Dawn Handy serves as a Senior Principal GSA Schedule Consultant. Dawn works directly with contractors participating in the GSA Schedule program. She supports clients through the full lifecycle of their Federal contracts—helping them obtain new GSA Schedule awards and effectively maintain existing ones. Her guidance spans contract modifications, regulatory updates, and performance reporting, with particular expertise in preparing clients for GSA Office of Inspector General (OIG) audits. Dawn’s structured, strategic approach helps contractors reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and remain competitive in the Federal marketplace.
