Isaac advises clients on every step of the GSA and VA contracting process under the Multiple Award Schedule program – from first obtaining a schedule to managing and maintaining an existing contract. He also provides strategic guidance on proposal development for Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), including NASA’s SEWP VI. Prior to joining The Gormley Group, Isaac served as an auditor with the Indiana State Board of Accounts. In this role, he was responsible for auditing expenditures of federal program funds by the State of Indiana for compliance with federal laws and regulations, as well as performing a financial audit of the State’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.
Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Purdue University.
