Wade brings deep expertise and leadership to The Gormley Group with over 25 years of experience in project and government contract management—and more than two decades specifically in GSA and VA MAS Schedule consulting consulting—Wade plays a critical role in guiding clients through the complex world of government contracting.

Wade’s background includes senior positions at Washington Management Group and FedSources. At WMG, he provided specialized consulting on GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracts, helping clients navigate compliance and maximize contract value. At FedSources, as Market Intelligence Director, he led a team focused on analyzing and tracking high-value Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) procurements throughout their full lifecycle, delivering actionable insights to government contractors.

His academic foundation includes dual bachelor’s degrees from Georgia State University in Cultural Anthropology (Advanced Honors) and Film and Video. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Reconnaissance Marine and Scout Sniper with 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion.
