GSA is seeking industry feedback on a potential new Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Special Item Number (SIN) for helicopters.
GSA FAS is evaluating the establishment of a long-term SIN for fully assembled, commercially available rotary-wing aircraft under the MAS program.
Currently accommodated on a temporary basis under an existing Security and Protection SIN, these aircraft support a range of government missions, including law enforcement, emergency medical services, search and rescue, and firefighting.
To inform its acquisition strategy, GSA has issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking industry input on the proposed SIN’s scope, eligibility criteria, commercial pricing, delivery, and reporting practices.
GSA is encouraging rotorcraft manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and other interested parties to provide feedback.
Responses are due October 14, 2026.
